Tiny Pixel Social Buttons - v2.0

A small pack of pixel art social media buttons for indie game pages, portfolio sites, credits screens, link menus, and other tiny UI layouts.

This pack started out with 16x16 pixel icons for the platforms I personally needed most (plus a few extras), and it's now up to 30 icons, some of which I don't even use. Every button comes with hover and pressed states, and as of v2.0 in two styles: the original, and a new outlined version with a 1px black outline. I'm still open to requests if there are other platforms people would like to see added.

The outlined style was made to match my 16x16 emoji pack, Minimojis, so your reactions and your social links can share a screen. The outline also keeps the buttons readable on light or busy backgrounds.

Each icon is provided in three states — normal, hover (slightly brighter) and pressed (the button face sinks down into its base) — so you can wire them straight up to :hover and :active on the web, or to button states in an engine.

The source files are provided at their original size of 16x16 pixels. I have also provided 48x48 pixels (3x scale) and tile sheet versions for convenience. I use them at 3x scale on the web since 16x16 is a little too small for modern UI.

Each scale has a folder per state, so the file you want is always at the same path, and the outlined style mirrors the original exactly:

• x1/ and x3/, each containing normal/, hover/ and pressed/
• social-buttons-sheet.png — every icon in its normal state, on a 6x5 grid
• social-buttons-states.png — the same grid again with all three states stacked, normal on top, then hover, then pressed
• outlined/ — the same folders and sheets again, in the outlined style
